Lizandro GuarnizoandClaude Sonnet 4.6 69a6859b51 style(turnero): alinear ficha-acciones de recepcion con lugar

- Eliminar display:flex de ficha-acciones (rompía el apilado de filas
  accion-primary-row / accion-secondary-row, quedaban side-by-side)
- Padding: 1rem 0 .25rem → .8rem 1.4rem .9rem (igual que lugar)
- Background: #fff → rgba(255,255,255,.97) + backdrop-filter:blur(6px)
