Copy tarifas and promos on user registration
...
When a new user registers with a referral code, their tarifas and promos are now copied from the referring user. Also refactored Usuario_promo and Usuario_tarifa models to use fillable attributes and improved method formatting. Added Swiper CSS/JS to app layout.

Restrict price validation to non-super users
...
Updated price validation logic in ShowTarifas and ShowUsuarios to allow users with the 'super' role to set prices below the base value. Other users will continue to receive an error if the price is less than the base value.

Fix user-specific pricing and utility in verPromocion

Updated the verPromocion method to correctly retrieve user-specific pricing and utility values from the related tarifaPromo relationship. Adjusted relationship queries to use Auth::id() and rol_id for improved accuracy and consistency.

Introduces the subvendedor_id field to the tarifa_promos table and updates the TarifaPromo model accordingly. Refactors tarifas and promociones management in ShowTarifas and ShowUsuarios Livewire components, including utility calculation, validation, and UI improvements for managing both regular and promo tarifas.
