feat(tiempos): agregar tiempo total puerta a puerta en historial y dashboard

- APIs: total_min = creado_at → fin_lugar_at (solo finalizados)
- Dashboard: KPI card 'Total prom. puerta a puerta' + columna Total en tabla
- Historial: columna Total en tabla
