- BancolombiaParser: make esBancolombia() broader (includes 'valor','$','abono' etc.),
add extraerPrimero() helper, add multiple regex fallbacks for remitente/fecha/hora/valor
to handle different Bancolombia email HTML formats beyond the SMS text pattern
